The primary responsibilities are to: supervise general accounting, payroll and accounts payable, maintain chart of accounts, prepare and post adjusting journal entries, reconcile accounts and ledgers, manage fixed asset accounting, prepare month-end financial reports, manage online banking, coordinate year-end financial audit, support the financial reporting function with month-end reports and analyses, and assist with continual system upgrades.

Audio/Visual Technology Assistant
Immaculata University seeks a full-time, 40 hours per week Audio / Visual Technology Assistant. The Audio / Visual Technology Assistant works in conjunction with the Office of Technology Services and Library Staffs is responsible for the delivery, setup, and repair of A/V/ equipment, answering the A/V helpdesk telephone, training users and performing other duties as assigned. Evening and weekend work is required. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
