International students should apply before March 1 for fall admission to avoid problems with visa clearance and mail service delays. Applications for the term beginning in January must be completed by September 1.
If you are an international student who will be a full-time freshman at Immaculata University, you must:
Have completed secondary school and have not enrolled in a regular session at any college or university
Pay the $35 application fee by credit card, check, or money order made payable to Immaculata University
Submit official SAT or ACT score(s).
If you were not born and raised in an English-speaking country, or have not spent two recent years in an English-speaking school, you must submit a score from one of the official English proficiency exams listed below.
Official TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with a minimum score of 513 on the paper-based test, 183 on the computer-based test, or 65 on the Internet-based test (iBT). To have ETS send your TOEFL score directly to Immaculata University, enter 2320 as the institution code and 00 in the department code.
Submit certified copies of secondary school transcripts evaluated by a NACES-accredited company (e.g. WES, World Education Services). To apply for a WES evaluation, go to www.wes.org. You must submit a course-by-course report.
Send in results of any leaving certificates or university entrance exams
Send in a copy of identification page of passport
Submit Proof of Financial Support Form, completed and signed by you and your parents or sponsor (if applicable) with a notarized or certified bank statement
If you are an international student who plans to transfer to Immaculata University as a full-time student, you must complete all of the above requirements for freshman applicants, in addition to the following:
Have completed 24 or more credits at the college level (post-secondary). If you have fewer than 24 credits, you must submit your official SAT, ACT, TOEFL, and/or IELTS scores.
Submit certified copies of post-secondary educational institution transcripts evaluated by a NACES-accredited company (e.g. WES, World Education Services). To apply for a WES evaluation, go to www.wes.org. You must submit a course-by-course report.
If you are transferring from another institution within the United States, you are required to complete a transfer verification form. You should submit that form to your DSO (designated school official) who will transmit your SEVIS record to Immaculata electronically.
