Reporting to the Director of Web Design and Analytic Marketing in the Division of University Communications at Immaculata University, the Web Developer is responsible for planning, development and implementation of web-based applications; administering and managing integration of Drupal-based content management system; administering of Immaculata University’s campus portal Luminis; and assisting in updating the University’s social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

The Assistant Director will advise, counsel, and help students meet their academic goals. This position functions as a resource for students in the areas of academic coaching, academic services including accommodations, and academic concerns, and collaborates with other departments in providing support for student success.

Senior Network Administrator
Immaculata University is seeking applicants for the position of Senior Network Administrator, as the university transitions its network administration and technical support functions from outsourced contractor positions to university employee positions.
The Senior Network Administrator will utilize experience in higher education and an understanding of the university’s issues and concerns to closely coordinate the delivery of quality information technology services in the areas of systems, network, telecom, and data center services. Immaculata University is seeking a part-time counselor (20 hours per week/52 weeks) to assist in the areas of recruitment and retention for the offsite programs in the College of Graduate Studies. This position will support the director and associate director of special programs in the management and establishment of offsite programs. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective students and applicants, attending offsite recruitment events, providing student services, and assisting with the visitation of the offsite locations as necessary.
