Our music degree programs are accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM), the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). The Department of Music provides students with the opportunity to achieve high levels of artistic performance, while establishing a strong foundational knowledge in the fundamentals of music.
Our graduates leave Immaculata University prepared to begin careers in Music Education, Liturgical Music, Music Performance, Music Therapy, as well as other various specialties within the field of music. Upon graduation, if he or she chooses, undergraduates are prepared for graduate study in the field of music or any other field of interest that he or she may desire to pursue.
